Don’t spend your evenings sweating over the stove! Instead consider making this delicious oven-roasted sesame salmon recipe by Donnybrook Fair tonight. This meal is the perfect dishto enjoy after work and it tastes amazing with rice, noodles or even on top of a superfood salad.

1. Preheat the oven to 200°c (180°c for fan assisted ovens)/gas mark 6. A large bowl, mix the sriracha, soy sauce, sesame oil, sake, mirin, vinegar and garlic. Add the salmon fillets and spoon the mixture over them.
2. Cover the bowl and allow the salmon to marinade in the fridge for at least half an hour, ideally 2 hours if you have the time.
3. Cover a baking tray in tin foil and place the salmon fillets skin-side down on it, spaced apart. Drizzle the remaining marinade over the top and sprinkle sesame seeds evenly over each fillet. Pop in the oven and bake for 15 minutes, or a little longer if you prefer the salmon well cooked.
4. Best served immediately with salad, rice or noodles; the fillets can also be stored in the fridge in a covered container to be eaten within 3 days.
